Cairns Trophy PointsThe Points Competition is about scoring points for how you play a particular shot. For example if the shot is a strike you can score 0, 1 or 2 points depending on how close you are to removing the placed stone. The winner (Men and Ladies) is determined by the total number of points over all the different shots. This is the only individual competition of the season. If you have never tried it before come along, experienced club members will explain the rules.
Alternatively, come along and be a marker and keep the scores, see how it is done and maybe play the next time. 8th november wednesday 6:00pm in arenaThe presentation below gives details about how the competition works and what shots to be attempted.
